What does hybrid mean, and why are you mixing clay and wax?
- Hybrid means that it’s a mix of styling clays and waxes, and therefore their benefits, too. Kaolin clay helps provide structure, while Carnauba and Candelilla wax (our plant-based alternatives to petrolatum) help create an effective hold without the stickiness of petrolatum.
How long-lasting is the Flexible Hybrid Clay?
- The Flexible Hybrid Clay is designed to last all day, but it can also be reapplied if needed. In a user trial, 80% of participants found that it provided a long-lasting hold.
Will it make my hair look greasy and weighed-down?

Is the Flexible Hybrid Clay allergen-free?
- The Flexible Hybrid Clay is free of the 26 major allergens. The product is also fragrance-free so it is intended to be used by those with sensitivities to both natural and synthetic scents.
  
  If you are unsure, we recommend performing a patch test before application. Simply apply a small amount of product onto a clean area of skin on the upper forearm, following 24 hours rinse the area.
