GOT QUESTIONS? WE'VE GOT ANSWERS
-
Will the Hair Recovery Conditioner help improve hair growth?
The Hair Recovery Conditioner will not help improve hair growth on its own. It is formulated to help improve smoothness, help enhance durability and help reduce hair breakage.
These factors are however important when creating an optimal environment for helping enhance hair growth. We always recommend using the Shampoo alongside the Hair Strength Shampoo and Bio-Pilixin® Serum in cases where you would like to help reduce hair loss and improve hair growth.
-
How often should the Recovery Conditioner be applied?
The recommended amount of Hair Recovery Conditioner is 8 mL per cleanse. The bottle contains 250 mL in total and holds roughly a month’s supply, if using daily. The amount used may be adjusted in accordance with hair length and personal preferences.
-
Is the conditioner dermatologically tested?
Yes, patch tests were performed under dermatological control on a group of 25 volunteers with normal skin. In the tested group of volunteers there were no irritations or allergic reactions.
-
Are the products allergen-free?
Although all our products are dermatologically tested, they are not allergen-free. Eucalyptus oil (limonene) have sensitising properties, meaning they can evoke allergies for certain individuals. It is highly encouraged to check all ingredients before starting to ensure you do not suffer from any allergies of the listed ingredients.
If unsure, perform a patch test before application. To perform a patch test simply apply a small amount of the product onto a clean area of skin on the upper forearm, following 24 hours rinse the area. If any redness, itching, blistering or irritation is observed at any time throughout the test, do not use the product.
-
How long should the Recovery Conditioner be left in the hair?
It is recommended to leave the conditioner in the hair for a minimum of 2 minutes. To maximise the effects, leave the Hair Recovery conditioner for up to 8 minutes. Conserve water by turning off the faucet during application. Remember to thoroughly rinse out all conditioner.
-
Is the Hair Recovery Conditioner practical for short hair?
While it may seem that having short hair means that conditioner is impractical, it is quite the contrary. The Recovery Conditioner helps protect hair from damages. It also encourages moisturization of the hair and helps support the natural oils in the hair.
For short hair, pour the conditioner lotion onto the fingertips and rub the fingers together to lather the lotion. Gently stroke the tips of the hair. Rinse thoroughly after letting the conditioner settle for at least 2 minutes.
